SHORT TERM HIRE
We provide a complete service designed
to relieve you of all the hassle, capital cost and effort in providing
showcases or display panels for fairs, exhibitions, auctions and
private and trade shows. Personal attention to your requirements
is a necessity to provide this level of service. We will help you
with stand design. We can customise cabinets with varying
numbers and spacing of shelves, extra lighting, coloured panels
etc. Our aim is to have our products ready for you when and where you want
them.
For showcases this means that they will be delivered cleaned and wrapped and we will position them where you want them. We will connect up, plug in and test the lighting, paying particular attention to the safety of cable runs. All you have to do is to arrange your display goods in the cabinets and remove them when you are finished.
For panels we erect them where you
want them and install and wire up the lighting.
INSURANCE
In common with all other suppliers
once we have delivered, all goods are at your risk until we collect
them. We strongly suggest that you take out all risks insurance
based on our sale prices. Please see our 'purchase'
prices.
OWNERSHIP
All goods hired remain our property
at all times unless and until we have agreed to sell them to you
and we have received the purchase price from you.
PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed between us,
hire charges are payable 14 days prior to delivery or upon receipt
of invoice if this is less than 14 days prior to delivery.
BASIS OF CHARGING
Our short term hire rates are inclusive
of our full service and cover any period of hire up to 14 days.
If your hire is for more than 14 days, an additional daily rate applies.
The hire period normally includes the days of delivery and collection.
The rates below are our trade rates. They can vary depending on
quantity and distance. if you have not dealt with us before, please
check, we are always please to provide a quotation. All rates and
prices exclude VAT which will be added at the appropriate rate.
